LCEEQ is launching a new application platform this year. It will be a year of transition as the applications for 2025-2026 will run on the new platform and the journaling and reporting for 2024-2025 will run on the legacy version.
Funding Programs Available:
One of the primary responsibilities of the LCEEQ is the coordination of various funding programs aimed at building capacity within English schools and centres to better meet the challenge of improved student learning and success. The funding programs that are offered are:
Professional Development and Innovation Grants (PDIG) - Deadline April 30 - Apply Now!
John Killingbeck Teacher/Administrator Scholarship Program (JKS) - Deadline April 30 - Apply Now!
- Category A – Visiting Exemplary Sites - the process begins with the School Board/Association, which identifies applicants
from within its organization. Once identified as a supported project by the School Board/Association, you can then complete the application. - Category B – Bringing an Expert into your Setting
Each of these funding programs has its own unique characteristics but together they all contribute to increasing the knowledge base, the resources, and the services available to the English Educational Community.
