Wednesday March 19 with Ainsley Rose - Becoming a Leader of Influence

ainsley-rose

“In every encounter with our family, friends, and colleagues we either enhance or diminish our relationships and therefore our influence on them”. This is a quote from the long-awaited book on Influence I began writing many years ago. It will form the basis of this thoughtful, reflective and interactive session on becoming a Leader of Influence. This session will incorporate some of the work and learning you have experienced in other sessions and will allow you some time to make connections to some of my ideas about the importance of influence and the potential impact you can make on the people in your organization. As education is the discovery, development and deployment of human talent we need to be mindful of the influence a capable, trustworthy and purposeful value-driven leader can have. How do you become such a leader. is the question we will seek to answer in this one-day session.
