Dr. Lupien is Director of the Centre for Studies in Human Stress. She holds a doctorate in Neuroscience from the University of Montreal and is a research scientist. Postdoctoral studies were completed at the University of California, San Diego and the Rockefeller University, New York. Her research spans 20 years on the mechanism of stress, its affect on performance and memory. Her presentation includes demystifying the popular definition of stress and simple methods of effective stress management. This session will be most helpful to you if you attend as a couple.
