Leadership Quote

Leadership for School Improvement Workshop

Registration information for the new series of Leadership for School Improvement Workshops has just been released. This two-part residential program is designed for experienced administrators, those recently appointed and anyone aspiring to school administration in the future. Each day offers a specific topic related to leadership and includes both research and practical application. Topics include: The Mystery of Influence, School and System Improvement, Facing the Immunity to Change, Having Hard Conversations and The Heart of Leadership.

There is no registration fee for Quebec educators. In addition, Boards/Schools are eligible for substantial subsidies ranging from one hundred twenty to five hundred dollars per day depending on distance to help defray the cost of travel and accommodation. These subsidies make the event cost efficient for the individual participant. Details can be found in the LCEEQ Cost Sharing Policy document. There is limited space available so you are encouraged to register early.

LCEEQ Member Spotlight: ACES

Spotlight ACES

LCEEQ is comprised of thirty-one members appointed by the organizations which they represent.

Our first member spotlight is ACES.

"Being involved with LCEEQ helps the Administrators of Complementary Educational Services stay abreast of pedagogical issues affecting the entire English-speaking community. The ACES table meets regularly and LCEEQ has become a standing item on our agenda so that all of the English school boards are aware of what LCEEQ does in support of our community."
