Conference 2017

Québec educators look forward to the middle of February each year as it marks both Valentine’s Day and the time for the Annual LCEEQ Conference, the Committee’s biggest event of the year. The Conference brings together educators from all parts of the province to network, to celebrate, and to engage in quality professional development. The theme of the 2017 version was When Diversity and Technology in the Classroom Converge. Read one participant’s reflections and check out the online video to gain a sense of the reason that so many look forward to this annual happening.

Our January Winner

Monthly Winner

Einat Idan is an Academic Resource Professional and Pedagogical Counsellor at Marianopolis College. She has the privilege of working with some excellent faculty and staff to find ways to make teaching more engaging, effective, and meaningful. What she loves about her work is that every day is different, “I get to tackle all sorts of different challenges depending on what faculty need from me. I love being around people who want to be even better at what they do, and helping that happen.”

As the LCEEQ prize winner for the month of January 2017, Einat received a one-hundred-dollar gift certificate from Indigo/Chapters. You, too, can win by simply logging into your LCEEQ account on a regular basis. Winners are chosen at random so the more frequently you log in each month the better your chances.
